Durability In an environment of 105°C, the rated ripple current is superimposed without exceeding the rated voltage. The rated voltage is continuously loaded for 3000h and then returned to 20°C. The test should meet the following requirements.

Loss value (tg δ) ≤200% of initial specification value
Leakage current(LC) ≤Initial specification value
High temperature no load characteristics After being stored in an environment of 105℃ for 1000 hours and then returned to 20℃, the test should meet the following requirements.
Capacity change rate (△C ≤±15% of initial value
Loss value (tg δ) ≤150% of initial specification value
Leakage current(LC) ≤Initial specification value
Voltage preconditioning is required before the test: apply a rated voltage to both ends of the capacitor through a resistor of about 1000Ω and keep it for 1 hour. After pretreatment, the resistor of about 1Ω/V is discharged. After the discharge is complete, place it at room temperature for 24 hours before starting the test.
