YMIN’s LKD series—a line of ultra-high-capacity, high-voltage liquid radial aluminum electrolytic capacitors—delivers equivalent or superior electrical performance in a smaller package, directly resolving the conflict between the need for high power and compact dimensions.
For the same voltage and capacitance ratings, the LKD series offers a reduction of approximately 20% in both diameter and height compared to snap-in capacitors; if the height remains constant, the diameter can be reduced by nearly 40%. This reduction in size comes without compromising ripple current handling capability—the ripple current rating matches that of equivalent snap-in capacitors and meets Japanese industry standards. 3) LKC Series Ultra-Low-Temperature Capacitors
In applications such as military-grade equipment, railway power systems, and charging piles operating in frigid environments, the electrolytes in traditional high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors suffer from a sharp increase in viscosity and a precipitous drop in conductivity at low temperatures; capacitance typically degrades by over 50–60% at -55°C, and the capacitors become virtually non-functional at -65°C. By utilizing a proprietary low-temperature, high-voltage electrolyte formula and an optimized internal structure, YMIN’s LKC series extends the operating temperature range from the standard -55°C–+105°C to -65°C–+105°C. Actual testing shows a capacitance drop of only about 8.78% at -55°C (compared to the industry norm of over 50%) and an average drop of just 15.96% at -65°C, ensuring reliable startup and stable operation in extreme cold. In certain applications, the LKC series can replace all-film capacitor solutions; leveraging the higher capacitance density of liquid-electrolyte capacitors, a single LKC unit can replace four film capacitors, significantly reducing both component volume and Bill of Materials (BOM) costs.
