DC-Link Solution for New Energy Vehicles:
To address the high frequency, high voltage, high temperature, and high integration challenges of SiC devices, YMIN has launched DC-Link capacitors featuring ultra-low inductance (ESL <2.5nH) and long life (over 10,000 hours at 125°C). Utilizing stacked pins and high-temperature CPP material, they increase volumetric capacity by 30%, enabling electric drive system power density exceeding 45kW/L. This solution helps customers reduce the size of OBCs and charging piles by over 30%, improve efficiency by 1%-2%, reduce temperature rise by 15-20°C, and pass 3,000-hour life testing, significantly reducing failure rates. Currently in mass production, it provides core support for customers to build smaller, more efficient, and more reliable 800V platform products.
