AI Server Power Supplies – High-Performance Capacitor Solutions

AI server power supplies must handle kilowatts of power within a limited space, placing stringent demands on capacitor reliability, efficiency, and temperature characteristics. YMIN Electronics collaborates with leading SiC/GaN solution providers to provide comprehensive capacitor support for high-performance power supplies, including 4.5kW, 8.5kW, and 12kW.

① Input: Liquid horn aluminum electrolytic capacitors/liquid plug-in aluminum electrolytic capacitors (series IDC3, LKF/LKL) ensure stability and surge resistance across a wide input voltage range.

② Output: Low-ESR polymer solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors (series NPC, VHT, NHT), and multilayer polymer solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors (MPD series) achieve ultimate filtering and efficient energy transfer, with ESR as low as 3mΩ, significantly reducing losses.

③ Q series multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) for high-frequency filtering and decoupling. Featuring high withstand voltage (630V-1000V) and excellent high-frequency characteristics, they are suitable for EMI filtering and high-frequency decoupling, improving system EMC performance.

④ Compact and High-Reliability: The TPD40 series conductive polymer tantalum electrolytic capacitors, with their high capacitance density and low ESR, replace Japanese brands in output filtering and transient response, improving integration and reliability.

⑤ Key Advantages: The entire product series supports high-temperature environments of 105°C-130°C and boasts a lifespan of 2000-10,000 hours, directly replacing Japanese brands. They help achieve power supply efficiency exceeding 95% and increase power density by over 20%.
