Four Core Advantages of VHE

Ultra-Low ESR

Across the full temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, the new VHE series maintains an ESR value of 9-11mΩ (better than the VHU and with less fluctuation), resulting in lower high-temperature losses and more consistent performance.

High Ripple Current Resistance

The VHE series’ ripple current handling capability is over 1.8 times greater than that of the VHU, significantly reducing energy loss and heat generation. It efficiently absorbs and filters the high ripple current generated by the motor drive, effectively protecting the actuator, ensuring continuous and stable operation, and effectively suppressing voltage fluctuations from interfering with sensitive peripheral components.

High Temperature Resistance

With an ultra-high operating temperature rating of 135°C and support for harsh ambient temperatures up to 150°C, it can easily withstand the harshest working medium temperatures in the engine compartment. Its reliability far exceeds that of conventional products, with a service life of up to 4,000 hours.

High Reliability

Compared to the VHU series, the VHE series offers enhanced overload and shock resistance, ensuring stable operation under sudden overload or shock conditions. Its excellent charge and discharge resistance easily adapts to dynamic operating scenarios such as frequent start-stop and on-off cycles, ensuring a long service life.
